Job summary

FutureTech in Riyadh is seeking a skilled Baker to prepare a range of baked goods including bread, pastries and cakes. You will maintain product quality and ensure food safety compliance in a fast-paced bakery environment.

The role requires at least 2 years of baking experience, knowledge of baking techniques, and good English communication. Visa eligibility and Saudi work authorization are mandatory. Accommodation is provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Baker.
• Extensive knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent time-management skills.
• Basic understanding of food safety regulations.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Must have own visa and be able to work legally in Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

• Prepare doughs, batters, fillings and other ingredients according to recipes.
• Bake a variety of products such as bread, pastries, cakes, etc.
• Decorate baked goods with icing, glazes, toppings or fillings.
• Maintain and clean baking equipment and work area.
• Ensure all products meet quality standards and are visually appealing.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
• Follow proper food handling procedures at all times.
