Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or relevant.
• 3+ years leading Six Sigma or DMAIC projects.
• 2+ years in process engineering, business analysis, data analysis, or performance reporting.
• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Splunk.
• Proficiency in databases and SQL; knowledge of Visio for process mapping.

Responsibilities

• Define and monitor key operational performance indicators.
• Prepare clear performance reports and dashboards.
• Analyze system data to identify bottlenecks, recurring issues, and root causes.
• Recommend and implement improvements to systems, processes, and maintenance activities.
• Share findings and improvement actions with internal teams and relevant stakeholders.
• Develop practical solutions to improve productivity, reliability, and service quality.
• Prepare process documents, procedures, and operating instructions.
• Allocate improvement opportunities and track actions.
