About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven B2B Sales Manager to lead and expand business-to-business sales operations within the food and beverage sector. This role is responsible for developing key accounts, driving volume and revenue growth, managing distributor and institutional relationships, and executing sales strategies aligned with market demand and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

B2B Sales Strategy & Market Development

  • Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to achieve revenue, volume, and market expansion targets.
  • Identify and acquire new B2B clients, including distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and institutional buyers.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to drive growth opportunities.

Key Account & Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key B2B customers and strategic partners.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms to maximize profitability.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term account retention.

Sales Operations & Performance Management

  • Manage sales pipelines, forecasts, and performance metrics.
  • Monitor KPIs, prepare sales reports, and present insights to management.
  • Ensure accurate order processing, invoicing coordination, and credit management.

Channel & Distribution Management

  • Manage and optimize distributor and channel partner performance.
