About the Company

Riyadh Air (RX), headquartered in the Saudi Capital, is the new national airline that’s shaping the future of flying. It seeks to lead the aviation industry by transforming Saudi Arabia into a global aviation and trade hub – a digitally native airline that will connect the kingdom to more than 100 destinations.

About the Role

Are you ready to lead aviation security at the frontline of a global airline operation?

We are looking for a safety professional to oversee our station security operations and ensure the highest standards of governance, compliance, and risk management across the network.

In this impactful role, you will lead the implementation of the Security Management System (SeMS), maintain audit readiness, ensure full compliance with GACA NCASP, our Air Operator Security Programme (AOSP), and ICAO Annex 17.

You are expected to oversee the performance of ground handling agents and subcontractors, conduct compliance inspections and audits, and ensure the timely closure of findings through effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Acting as a key security authority at station level, you will respond to incidents and emergencies, monitor regional threats, and provide clear recommendations to Flight Operations and other relevant stakeholders.

Critically, you will maintain security documentation, risk registers, and performance reporting, while supporting training initiatives and providing on-the-job guidance to staff and contractors.

Join us and lead the protection of every journey where vigilance, leadership, and trust take flight.

About You

Degree qualified, you will demonstrate a minimum of 5 years in aviation security, airport operations, law enforcement, or a related security role.

You are expected to possess deep knowledge of NCASP, ICAO Annex 17, and Doc 8973.

We’d love to hear from you even more if you are a Saudi national with experience in process and procedure writing skills to support SeMS and AOSP documentation.
