Job description
About the Company

Riyadh Air (RX), headquartered in the Saudi Capital, is the new national airline that’s shaping the future of flying. It seeks to lead the aviation industry by transforming Saudi Arabia into a global aviation and trade hub – a digitally native airline that will connect the kingdom to more than 100 destinations.

About the Role

Are you ready to take charge of aviation security and lead from the frontline when it matters most?

This key role will be the senior-most security representative during shifts, responsible for overseeing and coordinating all frontline aviation security activities across our operations.

You will ensure full compliance with GACA NCASP, our Air Operator Security Programme (AOSP), ICAO standards, and internal Security Management System (SeMS) requirements, while providing real-time oversight of aircraft protection, access control, screening operations, and incident response.

Importantly, you are expected to lead shift briefings and debriefings, deploy security resources effectively, and conduct patrols and inspections to maintain the highest standards of compliance and readiness.

You must ensure that assigned Aviation Security Officers and service providers perform duties in a safe, effective, and compliant manner. Moreover, you will be responsible for monitoring access points, supporting aircraft guarding and screening activities, responding to incidents and emergencies, and ensuring accurate reporting of security findings.

Working closely with internal teams and service providers, you will act as a key point of coordination to ensure safe, secure, and efficient operations at all times.

Step into a role where vigilance, authority, and professionalism keep every operation secure.

About You

Degree qualified, you will demonstrate a minimum of 2 years in aviation security, airport operations, law enforcement, or a related security role.

You are expected to possess deep knowledge of NCASP, ICAO Annex 17, and Doc 8973.

We’d love to hear from you even more if you are a Saudi national and you have process and procedure writing skills to support SeMS and AOSP documentation.

This is your opportunity to shape the future of air travel. Bring your best and show us why you can own this position within Riyadh Air.
