Job summary

Inhabit is seeking an experienced QC Manager (Saudi National) to lead quality control across design and construction phases of a major aviation project. The role ensures deliverables meet requirements, standards, and contractual obligations, coordinating with QA company and project stakeholders to establish a robust quality management approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Quality Management.
• 10+ years in Quality Control/Quality Assurance with supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures, inspection, testing, and commissioning.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001; CQI/IRCA or ASQ certifications advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee QC activities for design phase to meet requirements.
• Develop and maintain the Project Quality Control Plan (PQCP) and related procedures.
• Review ITPs, method statements, inspection requests, NCRs, and test reports.
• Coordinate with Client, Contractor, Designer and stakeholders on quality matters.
• Manage Non-Conformance Reports, corrective actions, and preventive measures.
• Oversee inspections, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
• Ensure documentation and traceability of quality records.
