The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years in the aviation industry, with a focus on operational efficiency and safety compliance. Hands-on experience with passenger handling systems and strong communication skills are essential. The role requires managing relationships with aviation authorities and ensuring adherence to safety and security protocols.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant working experience in Airlines/Aviation industry.
• Must have a minimum of 2 years experience in a supervisory role.
• Basic Airport safety and security procedures training is a must.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Airport Manager in daily operations.
• Report incidents/accidents to the necessary parties.
• Monitor the baggage handling system and trace lost luggage.

Skills

Good written and verbal communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite

Data analysis skills

Experience with IATA/ Civil Aviation Authorities

Education

Bachelor degree in Management/Administration

Diploma in a related field
