Job summary

Golden Elite Catering Services - GECS is seeking a guest-oriented receptionist to welcome lounge guests and manage check-in at the lounge. You will verify access eligibility and provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced aviation hospitality environment.

The role requires strong English communication and a professional, service-driven attitude, with flexibility to work rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays. On-site position in Saudi Arabia.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in Reception/Customer Service/Hospitality or related field preferred.
• Good command of English (spoken and written).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance with a service-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work on rotational shifts including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist lounge guests with a warm and professional approach.
• Manage guest check-in and verify lounge access eligibility.
• Provide outstanding customer service and respond to guest inquiries.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
• Ensure compliance with lounge service standards and company procedures
