Job summary

Pico Play is seeking an experienced AVCL Engineer Specialist to support delivery coordination, testing and commissioning of Audio Visual Lighting Control and Show Control systems across complex projects in Medina. You will review design docs, coordinate with MEP and other disciplines, and ensure installations meet specs, codes and client requirements prior to handover.

With 7–10 years in AV/ELV, familiarity with DALI/KNX/DMX and BIM tools, you are prepared for a challenging, integrated project

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunications, or related engineering field.
7–10 years in AV, ELV, lighting or show control systems.
Strong AVCL installation coordination and commissioning knowledge.
Knowledge of DALI, KNX or DMX protocols is a plus.
Experience on complex commercial or hospitality projects preferred.
Proficient BIM coordination with Autodesk Construction Cloud/Revit/Navisworks.

Responsibilities

Review and coordinate AVCL design documents, specifications and equipment schedules.
Coordinate AV lighting, show-control and related systems with other disciplines.
Review submittals, ITPs, calculations and technical proposals.
Ensure AVCL installations comply with codes and approved drawings.
Monitor site progress and inspect works for quality.
Coordinate interfaces with building systems and security.
Assist testing and commissioning procedures and system integration.
Prepare testing records, O&M manuals and handover docs.
Ensure AVCL systems are integrated and functional before handover.
Maintain technical records in project document-control BIM platform.
