Qualifications

• Diploma in Automotive or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years experience in service.
• English basic knowledge; Arabic preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop Job Card based on required service within set time.
• Report job progress and post service follow-up for complaints.
• Determine performance productivity and WORKER-hour sales.
• Assist in controlling the desired jobs based on customer requests with the Service Advisor.
• Ensure vehicles waiting for repairs are not left unattended and are assigned based on technician skills.
• Communicate progress of repairs to the Service Advisor and obtain approvals for additional parts.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by a Guest-Centric and Fix-It-Right mindset.
• Inform Chief Technician when jobs are finished for final quality control and release.
• Assist in post-service follow-up for complaints and issues.
