Job summary

Qiddiya is seeking a curious and proactive candidate to help develop and optimize the employee-facing applications. You will work with Technology and Workplace Effectiveness teams to deliver digital solutions that streamline services and workflows.

The role emphasizes learning new platforms, data analysis, and building dashboards with Power Platform and SharePoint to enhance employee experience. Fresh graduates up to 2 years are encouraged.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Information Technology, or a related field.
• Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of relevant experience in digital solutions, automation, application development, or technology-related roles.
• Knowledge of or strong interest in app development, low-code/no-code platforms, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and SharePoint is preferred.
• Understanding of data management, system integration, and workflow automation concepts.
• Ability to analyze data and convert business requirements into practical digital solutions.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Demonstrated learning agility with a passion for innovation, technology, and continuous improvement.
• Self-motivated individual with a proactive mindset and a strong desire to enhance the employee experience through digital solutions.

Responsibilities

• Support development, testing, and enhancement of the Qiddiya employee application with Technology and Workplace Effectiveness teams.
• Assist in digitizing workplace services and transforming manual processes into digital workflows.
• Support design and implementation of applications, forms, and workflows using Microsoft Power Platform and low-code/no-code technologies.
• Analyze operational data and business requirements to identify opportunities for automation, process improvement, and enhanced employee experience.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and workflow solutions to support workplace service delivery and performance tracking.
• Assist with integrating and consolidating data from multiple systems and sources to enable efficient and connected workplace services.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, test solutions, and ensure successful implementation of digital initiatives.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying innovative technologies and digital solutions that enhance operational effectiveness and employee satisfaction.
