Ericsson in Riyadh is seeking a Graduate Automated Operations Engineer for a 12-month paid program in telecommunications and 5G operations. You will gain hands-on experience in mobile network operations, working as part of the Network Operations Center with rotational day and night shifts.

The role emphasizes analytical thinking, teamwork, and learning, with exposure to cutting-edge telecom technologies and service assurance.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in telecommunications, electrical, software engineering or related field.
• Basic understanding of telecom networks and 5G is desirable.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Strong analytical, technical and problem-solving abilities.

• Flexibility to work rotational shifts, including nights.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor live mobile networks 24/7, identify incidents and support timely resolution to minimize service disruptions.
• Coordinate and execute first-level proactive and reactive maintenance to meet SLA targets.
• Open and manage customer trouble tickets and process service orders using operational systems.
• Investigate network incidents through trend analysis to identify potential issues early.
• Contribute to development and implementation of solutions addressing evolving customer requirements.

About This Opportunity

As a Graduate Automated Operations Engineer, you will gain hands-on experience in mobile network operations, combining technical knowledge, analytical thinking, and customer-service skills to ensure reliable network performance.

This 12-month paid graduate program is designed for recent technical graduates eager to develop their expertise in telecommunications, network operations, and 5G technology. Based in Riyadh, the role involves rotational day and night shifts within the Network Operations Center (NOC).

What you will do:

• Monitor live mobile networks 24/7, identify incidents, and support timely resolution to minimize service disruptions.
• Coordinate and execute first-level proactive and reactive maintenance activities to maintain service availability and meet Service Level Agreement (SLA) targets.
• Open and manage customer trouble tickets and process service orders using operational systems and tools.
• Investigate network incidents through trend analysis of end-user performance and network faults to identify potential issues early.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of solutions that address evolving customer requirements.
