Job summary

StarsPro in Jeddah is seeking a full-time Autocad Drafter to produce detailed technical drawings, shop drawings, and architectural layouts using AutoCAD and related software. On-site position coordinating with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure timely, accurate deliverables.

You will interpret design concepts, update drawings based on reviews or field changes, maintain organized drawing files, and ensure compliance with standards and codes throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

Role Description

This full-time Autocad Drafter role at StarsPro is an on-site position based in Jeddah. The Autocad Drafter is responsible for preparing detailed technical drawings, shop drawings, and architectural layouts using AutoCAD and related drafting software. Daily tasks include interpreting design concepts and specifications, coordinating with architects, engineers, and project managers, and updating drawings based on review comments or field changes. The role involves ensuring that all drawings comply with relevant standards and codes, maintaining organized drawing files and documentation, and supporting project teams with timely and accurate drawing deliverables.

Qualifications

• Ability to produce precise Technical Drawing and general Drawing work for construction and design projects.
• Experience creating and modifying Shop Drawings for fabrication and installation.
• Proficiency in developing Architectural Drawings aligned with project requirements and design standards.
• Understanding of basic Architecture principles to interpret plans, sections, and elevations.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD; familiarity with other CAD or BIM tools (e.g., Revit) is an advantage.
• Attention to detail, accuracy in dimensions and annotations, and ability to follow drafting standards.
• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams on-site.
• Relevant technical diploma or degree in drafting, architecture, or engineering, and prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
