Job summary

Role Description

The Auto Electrician is a full-time, on-site role based in Jubail. This role involves diagnosing and repairing electrical faults in vehicles and heavy equipment, including wiring, lighting, ignition, charging, and control systems. The Auto Electrician will perform routine electrical maintenance, install and test electrical components, and ensure all work aligns with safety and quality standards. Responsibilities include interpreting electrical diagrams, using diagnostic tools, documenting work performed, and coordinating with supervisors and mechanics to minimize equipment downtime. The role may also involve supporting preventive maintenance programs and advising on improvements to electrical reliability and performance.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in electrical maintenance and maintenance & repair for automotive and heavy equipment systems.
• Proficiency in fault finding and electrical repairs, including diagnosing and resolving complex electrical issues.
• Solid understanding of electricity principles and safe work practices when handling electrical components.
• Relevant technical diploma or certification in auto electrical, automotive technology, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience as an Auto Electrician in industrial, construction, or transportation fleets is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, service manuals, and technical documentation.
• Comfort using electrical diagnostic tools and test equipment, with attention to accuracy and detail.
• Commitment to workplace safety, quality standards, and adherence to company procedures.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a diverse, on-site team environment.
