Job summary

NEOM Green Hydrogen Company in Saudi Arabia seeks an ASU & Utilities Control Room Operator to oversee day-to-day operation of the Air Separation Unit and related utilities, ensuring reliability, safety and efficiency in line with NGHC standards.

You will supervise DCS and alarm systems, troubleshoot plant conditions, and support handover, maintenance, and shift rotations, including nights and weekends, with training and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent technical experience.
• Minimum 5 years of ASU/Utilities DCS operation experience.
• Experience in industrial process plants and safety-driven operations.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor ASU and Utilities plants safely and reliably.
• Supervise DCS, data acquisition, and alarm systems; respond to conditions.
• Troubleshoot operating conditions and optimize processes.
• Perform daily and monthly routines per procedures and safety rules.
• Monitor KPIs to meet performance targets and support shutdowns.
