Leylaty Group in Jeddah is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant Manager in daily operations, ensuring a smooth, customer-focused service and high standards of quality and safety.

You will supervise the team, organize shifts, monitor performance, control costs, and drive training and development to boost productivity and guest satisfaction.

The Assistant Restaurant Manager is responsible for supporting the Restaurant Manager in managing the daily operations of the restaurant and ensuring a smooth, efficient, and customer-focused operation.

The role involves supervising and supporting the restaurant team, organizing daily operations, delegating responsibilities, and ensuring that employees follow company policies, operational procedures, and service standards.

The position is responsible for maintaining high standards of customer service, food quality, cleanliness, hygiene, and health and safety. The Assistant Restaurant Manager is also expected to handle customer concerns professionally and ensure a positive dining experience.

The role supports the achievement of sales and operational targets by monitoring performance, controlling costs, minimizing waste, managing resources effectively, and identifying opportunities for improvement.

The Assistant Restaurant Manager also contributes to employee training, development, motivation, and performance, while working closely with the management team to improve productivity, operational efficiency, and overall restaurant performance.
