Responsibilities

• Performs the most basic preventative maintenance, repair, installation, commissioning, and general servicing activities.
• Works with mentor to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through direct customer contact.
• Often delivers own output according to specific operational targets and occasionally delivers own output within broad operational targets with significant impact with the job area.
• Explains facts, practices, policies, etc. to both internal and external parties.
• Correct or resolve issues or problems in existing systems and processes. Makes minor changes.
• Frequently problems and issues to be addressed generally fall within a single job area or discipline; scope of problem well defined.
• Less often, problems may be only vaguely defined and require understanding and consideration of other job areas.
• Often uses specialized knowledge of specific commercial, technical, trades, or office operations and less frequently uses broad theory and principles within a professional discipline or advanced technical/operational practices.
