Job summary

Client of Domo Ventures W.L.L. is seeking an Associate Manager Electrical Engineering to lead design, installation, commissioning and maintenance of electrical and automation systems across food and beverage facilities.

The role focuses on industrial automation, SCADA integration, preventive maintenance, and digital transformation for reliability and efficiency. The candidate should have a bachelor’s in Electronics or Electrical Engineering with 6+ years in industrial automation, strong hands-on

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering.
6+ years of experience in industrial automation and electrical maintenance in food & beverage or manufacturing.
Hands-on experience with SCADA systems (Wonderware), PLC programming, and control networks.
Certifications in OSHA, Project Management, PLC Programming, Cybersecurity, and HMI preferred.
Proficient in root cause analysis, downtime tracking, and KPI reporting.

Responsibilities

Lead and oversee automation & control systems including SCADA integration, PLC programming, Siemens and Allen-Bradley platforms.
Supervise daily electrical activities across dairy and beverage production lines; coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance.
Oversee end-to-end electrical and automation aspects of new projects including installation and commissioning of equipment.
Oversee calibration/audit programs, documentation, and cybersecurity considerations.
Drive continuous improvement and SOP development; coordinate spare parts inventory and vendor communication.
