Responsibilities

• Lead MBPC in the cluster for categories in scope and ensure an 18-month consensus bottom-up demand plan.
• Lead pre-alignment and sign-off meetings with Cluster head, sales, CDT, and marketing teams.
• Use Sellout/IMS data to build demand plans by category, district, and SKU, including sales-out bias analysis.
• Conduct advanced price elasticity simulations and multi-scenario volume modeling for currency devaluation.
• Analyze second-tier wholesalers with District sales senior managers to improve forecast accuracy.
• Manage ICP and develop baseline demand forecasts for new product launches and promotions.
• Create monthly PIPO E2E plans to avoid out-of-stocks or overstock.
• Assess monthly landing impacts on replenishment and full-year sales and optimize stock cover.
• Coordinate supply, freshness, inventory, clearance, category supply planning, DSP, and logistics activities.
• Support bad-goods reduction through MSR meetings, action plans, finance provisions, and escalation.
• Monitor KPIs including OG%, tonnage growth, DPA, bias, COF, stock cover, and bad goods.
• Maintain and communicate the DPA learning log by reason code.
• Coordinate promo-stock execution and availability with the local A&P team.
• Support order fulfillment management, OOS reason-code assignment, and improvement action plans.
• Govern monthly pallet projections with warehouse and logistics stakeholders to ensure warehouse-space availability.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Engineering or Supply Chain
• Not less than 2 years of experience in demand Planning
• F&B Background is a plus
• Experience in Microsoft Office Tools
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Strong communication skills
