Qualifications

• Engineer degree (B.E/B.Tech/MCA) in a relevant field.
• Microsoft 365 Certification or equivalent.
• Strong expertise in SharePoint administration and governance.

Delivery Skills required are :

• Lead SharePoint administration for multiple site collections.
• Implement information architecture, governance policies, and site templates.
• Configure workflows, document libraries, and lists to optimize business processes.
• Monitor and optimize performance and security across SharePoint environments.
• Mentor junior admins and provide technical guidance.
• Plan and execute content migration and upgrade projects.
• Collaborate with developers for SPFx, Power Apps, and Power Automate integration.
• Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
• Should have Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills along with Problem-solving attitude and attention to detail
• Knowledge of SharePoint tools, including ULS Logs, workflows, and SharePoint forms for tasks.
• Extensive knowledge of Windows OSs, as well as SQL Server, Power BI, PowerShell, and Office 365.
• Perform thorough analysis and generate root-cause-analysis for any production issue
• Provide necessary fixes and test the fixes to ensure no defect leakage.
