Job summary

The Tony Blair Institute for Global Change seeks an Associate to support its growing project portfolio across Saudi Arabia, Qatar and UAE hubs, with regional mobility as needed. Qualifications

• 3–5 years' relevant professional experience in policy, strategy or delivery consulting.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with ability to structure complex questions.
• Demonstrated experience delivering complex projects with multiple workstreams.
• Strong client and stakeholder management skills for senior counterparts.
• Proactive, hands-on, collaborative approach to get things done.

Responsibilities

• Support projects in-country and regional client opportunities as TBI advises on strategy, policy and delivery with technology as an enabler across dimensions.
• Develop research, analysis, written insights and other deliverables for clients and senior leadership.
• Engage with client counterparts to understand requirements, articulate ideas and present deliverables.
• Innovate and develop tools for efficient management and delivery of programmes (dashboards, frameworks, trackers).
• Support delivery of project impact and nimble performance tracking.
• Play a hands-on role in opportunity scoping and relationship building for new geographies.
• Support projects in inception and implementation phases as in-country teams are placed.
• Apply innovative approaches to supporting change and delivering impact.
