Job summary

The Tony Blair Institute for Global Change is seeking Associates to support its growing portfolio of projects across the Qatar, Saudi Arabia and UAE hubs. You will help political leaders with strategy, policy and delivery, leveraging technology to drive impact across multiple geographies.

• 3-5 years’ relevant professional experience in strategy consulting, advisory, or equivalent environments.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities; ability to translate analysis into practical recommendations.
• Experience delivering complex projects with multiple workstreams and clear ownership.

Responsibilities

• Support projects in-country or regionally; advise on strategy, policy and delivery with technology as an enabler.
• Develop research, analysis and written insights for clients and senior leadership within TBI.
• Engage with client counterparts to understand requirements and present deliverables.
