Job description

Due to the company's new strategy, an exciting opportunity has been created whereby we are looking to add an Associate Director to our Strategic Analytics & Insights team based in Riyadh.

The Associate Director will help grow our business across core industries (Automotive, Telecom, Finance, and government) and clients in the area of consumer insights, innovation, and analytics solutions. The purpose of this role is to accelerate top line and deliver profitable growth by delivering against opportunities in client-facing work and helping our clients achieve higher ROI with key business questions expertise.

Responsibilities
  • Business development in terms of opening doors with new clients, meeting them and understanding their business needs.
  • Receiving and understanding client brief.
  • Developing research design, proposal and preparing budget/cost.
  • Contributing to contract negotiation.
  • Briefing and training the execution team.
  • Designing questionnaire, interview/discussion guide.
  • Analyzing data and information.
  • Developing conclusions and solid recommendations.
  • Presenting and reporting on work from proposal to analysis stage.
  • Analyzing and evaluating results.
  • Controlling costs/budgeting.
  • Act as main link resource to client. Develop and maintain close relationship and communication with client decision makers.
  • Gather and accumulate useful field data, summarize and analyze secondary data.
  • Responsible for project management and close working relationship between key members i.e. Analysts, Field Staff, Administration etc.
  • At least 10 years of experience in research-related field preferably in similar research roles.
Qualifications
  • Experience in Custom / adhoc survey-based research especially in the area of consumer insight or brand-tracking solutions, customer experience, U&A, etc., would be preferred. Experience in sectors like Automotive, financial, telecom and government sectors is crucial.
  • Analytical with excellent writing, presentation and communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • Strong organizational and project, and excellent attention to detail, with an ability to deliver results accurately and on time.
  • Strong client-handling skills, an ability to connect with clients and build relationship, and adding value and insight to our projects.
  • Strong initiative, creative thinking, leadership, management and interpersonal skills, self‑motivated and enthusiastic.
