Job summary

Rosewood AMAALA is seeking an Associate Dining Supervisor to lead the Associate Dining Facility, ensuring exceptional dining experiences for a diverse, international colleague community at our remote luxury destination. The role emphasizes service excellence, hygiene standards, and collaboration with Culinary, Stewarding, and Talent & Culture teams.

The ideal candidate will have a hospitality management background, 2–4 years of supervisory experience in luxury settings, and a strong commitment

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Food & Beverage, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of supervisory experience in employee dining, staff cafeteria, hotel F&B operations, or luxury hospitality environments.
  • Experience in remote destinations or pre-opening projects is highly desirable.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent understanding of food safety, HACCP, and hygiene regulations.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and service excellence.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hospitality management systems.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily operations of the Associate Dining Facility to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional dining standards.
  • Maintain luxury hospitality standards within colleague dining services, reflecting Rosewood philosophy of relationship hospitality.
  • Collaborate with Culinary, Stewarding, and Talent & Culture teams to deliver diverse, nutritious, and inclusive dining experiences.
  • Monitor food presentation, quality, freshness, and service consistency across all meals.
  • Conduct regular health, safety, sanitation, and food hygiene inspections.
  • Oversee dining facility team members with coaching, training, and performance support.
  • Gather and analyze colleague feedback to enhance dining offerings and service standards.
  • Manage dining schedules, staffing requirements, and operational resources.
  • Support colleague engagement initiatives, wellness programs, and events organized by Talent & Culture.
  • Monitor inventory levels, equipment condition, and supplies to ensure uninterrupted service.
  • Prepare operational reports, service evaluations, and improvement recommendations for management.

Position Overview

The Associate Dining Supervisor plays a pivotal role in curating a world-class colleague dining environment that reflects the same standards of luxury, care, and excellence found throughout the resort.

Reporting to the Talent & Culture team, this role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Associate Dining Facility (ADF), ensuring that every meal service, interaction, and dining experience promotes colleague well‑being, engagement, and satisfaction within one of the world’s most exclusive and remote luxury destinations.

The successful candidate will champion service excellence, operational efficiency, food quality, hygiene standards, and colleague satisfaction while fostering a welcoming and inclusive dining culture for a diverse international workforce.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise the daily operations of the Associate Dining Facility, ensuring seamless service delivery and exceptional dining standards.
  • Maintain luxury hospitality standards within colleague dining services, creating an environment that reflects the Rosewood philosophy of relationship hospitality.
  • Collaborate closely with Culinary, Stewarding, and Talent & Culture teams to deliver diverse, nutritious, and culturally inclusive dining experiences.

  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and food hygiene regulations.
  • Oversee dining facility team members, providing coaching, training, and performance support.
  • Gather and analyze colleague feedback to continuously enhance dining offerings and service standards.
  • Manage dining schedules, staffing requirements, and operational resources effectively.
  • Support colleague engagement initiatives, wellness programs, and special events organized by Talent & Culture.
  • Monitor inventory levels, equipment condition, and operational supplies to ensure uninterrupted service.
  • Prepare operational reports, service evaluations, and improvement recommendations for management review.
  • Foster a positive dining atmosphere that contributes to employee satisfaction, retention, and overall well-being.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Food & Beverage, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of supervisory experience in employee dining, staff cafeteria, hotel F&B operations, or luxury hospitality environments.
  • Previous experience in remote destinations, luxury resorts, integrated hospitality developments, or pre-opening projects is highly desirable.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent understanding of food safety, HACCP standards, and hygiene regulations.
  • Ability to work effectively within a multicultural environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and service excellence.
