Job summary

Saudi Arabia-based opportunity seeks an Operational Control & Analytics Expert to own the analytics engine for balance-sheet management. You will supervise daily trade-capture control, valuation checks and end-of-day reconciliations within the first line of defence.

You will build and run ALM analytics including NII, EVE, VaR, stress testing and forecasting, and own data governance across Treasury systems with IT collaboration. Strong English and additional Arabic/French preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, financial or risk engineering, or related quantitative field; master's preferred.
• Minimum of eight years in middle office, treasury control, product control or ALM/analytics in a major bank or MDB.
• Deep familiarity with middle-office control frameworks, limit monitoring, trade lifecycle mechanics and TMS integration.
• Strong ALM analytics (NII/EVE/gap/duration), stress testing and P&L/position control; SQL/Python data modelling.
• FRM or CFA certification is a strong asset.
• Proficiency in English plus Arabic and/or French; proficiency in both is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily trade-capture control, deal verification and end-of-day position reconciliations.
• Monitor adherence to operational and policy limits and escalate breaches.
• Investigate and clear breaks within agreed timelines and ensure policy compliance.
• Build, run and maintain liquidity forecasting and ALM analytics (NII, EVE, VaR, gap, duration).
• Produce disbursement forecasting and Net Cash Requirement inputs for Front Office.
• Conduct stress testing and scenario analysis on the balance sheet.
• Maintain model assumptions, documentation and analytics lifecycle for audit/validation.
• Manage Treasury market-data feeds and system parameterization; interface with IT for system enhancements (SAP TRM; target Capital Markets System).
• Produce dashboards and ALCO reporting pack for liquidity, funding, ALM and investment.
