V3 Middle East Engineering Consultants Co. seeks an experienced Project Controls Lead to oversee contractor progress reporting and data integrity for stadium projects in Riyadh. The role requires strong knowledge of EDMS (Aconex), Primavera P6, and government-level reporting standards.

You will consolidate inputs from engineers, manage logs for RFIs, shop drawings, and NCRs, verify IPC quantities, and prepare executive summaries focusing on milestones, risks, and recovery plans.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Quantity Surveying Engineering.
• 8+ years in construction supervision, especially large-scale building or stadium projects.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Building Codes and Riyadh-based infrastructure projects.
• Advanced understanding of progress measurement, scheduling logs, and forensic documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Contractor Report Auditing: validate daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports against WIRs and site walkdowns.
• CSC Executive Reporting: consolidate inputs to produce monthly progress reports with milestones, risks, and recovery plans.
• Schedule & KPI Oversight: track productivity and deviations from baseline; monitor Critical Path milestones (piling, roof lift).
• Logs & Documentation Management: audit logs for RFIs, shop drawings, NCRs, materials; EDMS reflects true status of submittals.
• Financial & Variation Support: verify IPC quantities and substantiate variations/claims.
• Handover Reporting: manage documentation for systems testing, commissioning, and snagging for FIFA readiness.
• Project Controls Mastery: advanced progress measurement, scheduling logs, forensic documentation.

• Contractor Report Auditing: Rigorously review and validate the Contractor’s Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Progress Reports. Cross-reference “reported” percentages against verified Work Inspection Requests (WIRs) and site walkdowns to ensure data integrity.
• CSC Executive Reporting: Consolidate inputs from all discipline engineers to produce the CSC Monthly Progress Report for the Client. Translate technical issues into executive-level summaries focusing on milestones, risks, and recovery plans.
• Schedule & KPI Oversight: Track contractor productivity and identify deviations from the baseline schedule. Monitor “Critical Path” activities specifically related to stadium milestones (e.g., piling completion, roof lift).
• Logs & Documentation Management: Maintain and audit updated logs for RFIs, shop drawings, NCRs, and materials. Ensure the Electronic Document Management System (EDMS/Aconex) reflects the true status of all technical submittals.
• Financial & Variation Support: Assist in verifying quantities for contractor payment certificates (IPCs) and provide technical substantiation for variations or claims submitted to the Client.
• Handover Reporting: Manage the documentation for systems testing, commissioning, and snagging to ensure a “ready-for-handover” status for FIFA compliance.
• Project Controls Mastery: Advanced understanding of progress measurement, scheduling logs, and forensic documentation.
• Software Proficiency: Expert use of EDMS software (Aconex) and MS Office Applications. Familiarity with Primavera P6 for schedule auditing is preferred.
• Standards Knowledge: Familiarity with international standards (ACI, ASTM, BS/EN) and FIFA-specific technical requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Quantity Surveying Engineering and Project Controls as preferred.
• Experience: 8+ years in construction supervision, specifically on large-scale building or stadium projects.
• KSA Expertise: Strong knowledge of Saudi Building Codes and experience with major Riyadh-based infrastructure projects.
• Project Controls Mastery: Advanced understanding of progress measurement, scheduling logs, and forensic documentation.
• Software Proficiency: Expert use of EDMS software (Aconex) and MS Office Applications. Familiarity with Primavera P6 for schedule auditing is preferred.
• Standards Knowledge: Familiarity with international standards (ACI, ASTM, BS/EN) and FIFA-specific technical requirements.
• Technical Writing: Exceptional ability to draft clear, concise, and professional English-language reports for government-level stakeholders.
• Audit Mindset: High attention to detail with the ability to identify discrepancies in contractor data.
• Coordination: Strong ability to liaise between site teams, project controls, and the Client to ensure reporting alignment.
