Zawaya Albina Engineering Consultancy is seeking a qualified and motivated Assistant Operations Manager to join our team in Riyadh. The selected candidate will support daily operational activities, coordinate between departments, and contribute to the successful delivery of engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Operations Manager in overseeing daily operational activities and project execution.
  • Coordinate between technical departments and the technical office to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Monitor project schedules and ensure adherence to approved timelines.
  • Assist in preparing periodic operational and progress reports for management.
  • Follow up on task assignments and ensure timely completion by project teams.
  • Contribute to improving internal procedures and operational efficiency.
  • Assist in organizing meetings and documenting key action points when required.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in operations, project coordination, or project management, preferably within engineering consultancy firms.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to prepare reports and analyze operational data.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Good command of English (Arabic is a plus).
