Job summary

Tawazon is seeking a Saudi National to join our team as an Assistant Accountant. You will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, ledger management, reconciliations, and compliance to ensure financial accuracy and timely reporting.

The role supports decision-making with financial insights and requires precision, integrity, and the ability to work under pressure within deadlines. You will coordinate with warehouse operations, payroll support, and inter-department cost allocations to maintain

Qualifications

• Diploma in Accounting or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of experience in a Finance or Accounting role.
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting software.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain financial records, invoices, and ledgers.
• Coordinate daily accounting-related operations to support warehouse department activities.
• Manage general ledger entries, ensure journal accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Reconcile bank accounts, vendor statements, and customer accounts.
• Support payroll processing and inter-department cost allocations.
