Qualifications

• Diploma in Accounting or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of experience in a Finance or Accounting role.
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting software.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and maintain financial records, invoices, and ledgers.
• Coordinate daily accounting-related operations to support warehouse department activities.
• Manage general ledger entries, ensure journal accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Reconcile bank accounts, vendor statements, and customer accounts.
• Support payroll processing and inter-department cost allocations.

The role ensures financial accuracy, timely reporting, and supports decision-making through financial insights. This position demands precision, integrity, and the ability to work under pressure within deadlines.
