Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of horticulture and maintenance for arid climates.
- Expertise in site analysis, grading, drainage design, and irrigation planning.
- Understanding of sustainable landscaping practices and environmental responsibility.
- Excellent technical drawing and specification writing skills.
- Demonstrated project management experience across multiple projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in 3D visualization and rendering software.
- Experience with BIM (Building Information Modeling).
- Knowledge of GIS applications.
- Familiarity with Saudi regulations, climate, and building standards.
- Experience in large-scale commercial, residential, or mixed-use landscapes.
- Collaborative mindset for multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong organizational skills and prioritization.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and assess project sites to understand Riyadh's arid environment.
- Develop landscape design concepts and master plans aligned with client objectives.
- Create detailed drawings, specs, and construction documents using CAD and tools.
- Select plant species, hardscape materials, and irrigation systems for local climate.
- Prepare 3D visualizations and renderings for client presentations.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors for integration.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design intent.
- Incorporate sustainable practices into all design solutions.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
