Qualifications

• Solid communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in team environments.

• Familiarity with Saudi building regulations and local construction standards (preferred).

• Knowledge of 3D modeling and rendering tools (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of architectural drawings, plans, and technical documentation using industry-standard software
• Support senior architects in the design and development of building projects from concept through completion
• Conduct research on building materials, construction methods, and architectural styles relevant to project requirements
• Participate in site visits and document existing conditions, measurements, and project progress
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure design feasibility and compliance
• Analyze architectural designs and provide constructive feedback based on building codes and design principles
• Create 3D models and renderings to visualize design concepts and present ideas to stakeholders
• Maintain organized project files and documentation in accordance with company standards
• Attend design meetings and contribute ideas to enhance project outcomes
• Support the preparation of project proposals and presentations
