Job summary

AtkinsRéalis UAE seeks an experienced Architect focused on interior environments. You will lead design concept development, oversee site operations, coordinate with clients, architects, engineers and contractors to preserve design intent on site.

Candidates have 7–10 years in interior design, a strong portfolio (mosques, museums, palaces or high-end fit-out), and proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite. Supervision consultancy in KSA is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Interior Architecture, Interior Design, or Architecture.
• 7–10 years in interior design with at least 3 years in site-based roles in the KSA.
• Strong portfolio with mosques, museums, palaces or high-end fit-out projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Must have supervision consultancy experience in KSA.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute interior design concepts from schematic design through to construction documentation and site implementation.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure design intent is maintained throughout the construction phase.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, ensure quality standards, and resolve on-site design issues.
• Review shop drawings, material submittals, and mock-ups.
• Coordinate with procurement and construction teams to ensure timely delivery and installation of interior elements.
• Ensure compliance with local codes, health and safety regulations, and sustainability.

• Must have supervision consultancy experience in KSA.

Preferred Attributes

• Experience working with international design consultancies or PMC environments.
• LEED, WELL, or other sustainability certifications are a plus.
