AtkinsRéalis is seeking an experienced Architect for its UAE interior design team. The role emphasizes coordinating with contractors, ensuring design intent on-site, and delivering high-quality interior environments across diverse projects.

Ideal candidates will have a strong design background, 7–10 years of interior design experience, and hands-on site operations expertise in the region. A robust portfolio and proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe CS are essential.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in interior design with at least 3 years in site-based roles.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating Mosque, Museum, palace or high-end fit-out experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of interior design concepts from schematic design through construction documentation and site implementation.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure design intent is maintained throughout construction.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, ensure quality standards, and resolve on-site design issues.
• Review shop drawings, material submittals, and mock-ups.
• Coordinate with procurement and construction teams for timely delivery and installation of interior elements.
• Ensure compliance with local codes, health and safety regulations, and sustainability.

Overview

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a talented and experienced Architect to join our UAE team. The ideal candidate will have a strong design background and proven experience in site operations, including coordination with contractors, quality control, and implementation of interior design concepts on-site. This role is integral to delivering high-quality, functional, and aesthetically compelling interior environments across a range of projects.

Your role

• Support the development and execution of interior design concepts from schematic design through to construction documentation and site implementation.

• Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure design intent is maintained throughout the construction phase.

• Conduct regularsite inspectionsto monitor progress, ensure quality standards, and resolve on-site design issues.

• Coordinate with procurement and construction teams to ensure timely delivery and installation of interior elements.

About you

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Architecture, Interior Design, or Architecture.

• Must have supervision consultancy experience in KSA.

Preferred Attributes:

• Experience working with international design consultancies or PMC environments.

• LEED, WELL, or other sustainability certifications are a plus.
