Job summary

Client of MABconsult is seeking an experienced Landscape Supervisor to oversee hardscape interlock, irrigation, planting and general landscaping works on a large project in Riyadh. You will ensure works align with approved drawings and specifications, while maintaining quality and safety standards.

The role requires 5+ years of landscape construction experience, strong site supervision, and the ability to coordinate with contractors, consultants and other project teams to keep progress on

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of landscape construction experience.
• Ability to review landscape drawings, shop drawings and specifications.
• Strong coordination and supervision skills across multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor hardscape interlock, irrigation, softscape planting and landscaping works.
• Review and verify landscape drawings, shop drawings, specifications and material submittals.
• Ensure all landscape works are executed according to approved drawings and project specifications.
• Conduct regular site inspections and monitor the quality of executed works.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants and other project teams.
• Monitor work progress and ensure activities are completed according to the project schedule.
• Identify and resolve technical issues related to landscape works.
• Review materials and ensure they comply with approved specifications.
• Prepare and review site reports and technical documentation.
• Ensure proper coordination between landscape, irrigation, civil and other related works.
• Follow up on interlock paving, irrigation systems, planting and other landscape activities throughout the project.
