Qualifications

Job Vacancy – Architectural Engineer

Zawaya Albina Engineering Consultancy is hiring an Architectural Engineer to join our team in Riyadh.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture


• Minimum 8 years of experience


• Previous experience in engineering consultancy firms


• Strong experience in architectural design, detailed drawings, and technical coordination


• Good knowledge of architectural visualization and presentation development


• Experience in facade design and development


• Strong coordination skills with other disciplines


• Good understanding of the Saudi Building Code, local regulations, and authority requirements


• Experience in preparing shop drawings, technical documents, and reviewing architectural deliverables


• Proficiency in relevant software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Lumion, Photoshop, or equivalent


• Currently based in Riyadh or willing to relocate


• Available to join immediately or within a short notice period

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in engineering consultancy firms within Saudi Arabia


• Strong ability to produce high-quality architectural presentations and visual outputs


• Experience in developing architectural facades in line with project identity and technical requirements


• Good site and office coordination skills
