Job summary

Egis Group is seeking an Architect of Record (AOR) Coordinator to support architectural projects from design through construction. You will act as the liaison between the design team, architects of record, consultants, contractors, and clients to ensure documentation, compliance, and coordinated delivery.

The role requires strong coordination, familiarity with building codes, and proactive project management to keep drawings, submittals, and approvals on schedule across our Saudi projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in architectural project coordination, design, or construction administration.
• Strong understanding of construction documentation and architectural standards.
• Familiarity with local building codes, permitting processes, and authority requirements.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with document management platforms is an advantage.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Architect of Record, design consultants, and project teams across all phases.
• Manage drawings, specifications, submittals, and project documentation.
• Ensure documents comply with building codes and permitting requirements.
• Coordinate submissions for authority approvals and permits.
• Monitor schedules and support timely deliverables.
• Review consultant drawings for consistency and coordination.
• Track RFIs, submittals, design changes, and revisions.
• Organize meetings, agendas, minutes, and action items.
• Maintain document control and archiving.
• Support construction administration with site issue responses.
• Communicate with clients, contractors, consultants, regulators.
