Qualifications

• Hands-on with Arbor AED/AEM in production environments.
• Experience with NETSCOUT DDoS solutions.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP networking and network security.
• Experience analyzing and mitigating DDoS events.

Responsibilities

• Administer, operate, monitor and troubleshoot Arbor AED/AEM platforms.
• Provide SME-level support for DDoS detection, mitigation and protection.
• Monitor DDoS events, traffic patterns, alerts, and mitigation activities.
• Analyze network traffic and investigate DDoS-related incidents.
• Troubleshoot complex network security and connectivity issues.
• Support availability and performance of DDoS protection infrastructure.
• Collaborate with network security, SOC, and infrastructure teams to resolve incidents.
• Configure changes and tune Arbor policies for optimal protection.
• Support incident response and root-cause analysis for DDoS attacks.
• Maintain documentation and configuration records.
• Provide SME guidance to banking security teams.
• Assist integration across firewalls, load balancers and other controls.
