Ten Lifestyle Group in Riyadh seeks an Arabic‑speaking Dedicated Luxury Travel Consultant to deliver high‑quality overnight service for premium customers. You will handle end‑to‑end travel requests, reservations, and bespoke itineraries, while promoting exclusive promotions and events.

The role requires strong Arabic and English communication, a tourism‑oriented qualification, and several years in luxury concierge or hospitality.

Qualifications

• Fully proficient in written and spoken Arabic and English (C2 level).
• tertiary qualification or equivalent training, ideally in tourism.
• Several years in travel industry or luxury concierge/hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Be first point of contact for premium customers during overnight hours.
• Advise customers via phone and email in Arabic and English.
• Process requests end-to-end including travel, restaurant and hotel bookings.
• Make reservations with restaurants, airlines, hotels, and DMAs.
• Prepare tailor-made offers, itineraries, visas and related documents.
• Inform customers about exclusive promotions and events.
