Job summary

TSMG is seeking quality control specialists to support an AI language project aimed at improving speech recognition systems. As a QC contributor, you will review completed language annotation tasks and ensure transcripts are natural, readable, and aligned with project guidelines.

You will focus on punctuation, capitalization, numbers, dates, and text normalization while preserving original meaning. You will use reference audio to verify unclear cases and apply project-specific quality standards,

Qualifications

• Excellent written skills in English.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to follow detailed guidelines.
• Experience in transcription or proofreading is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review Display Transcriptions for accuracy and consistency.
• Compare transcripts to original lexical text and guidelines.
• Verify punctuation, capitalization, numbers, dates, currencies.
• Ensure original meaning is preserved and correct formatting errors.
• Use reference audio to resolve ambiguities.
• Meet project deadlines and quality targets.
