Job summary

Aqglobal is seeking a proactive AR Supervisor – Receivables & Collections in Saudi Arabia to manage credit risk and drive timely collections across our equipment rental operations. You will own the full credit-to-cash cycle from credit evaluation to invoicing and final collection.

The role requires 3–5 years of KSA experience in Credit Control and AR, with familiarity in Equipment Rental, Oil & Gas Services, and strong Excel/ERP skills. A hands-on, proactive approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of KSA experience in Credit Control, Accounts Receivable and Collections.
• Experience in Equipment Rental, Oil & Gas Services, Industrial Supply is preferred.
• Strong understanding of rental contracts, POs, timesheets, delivery notes, invoicing and collection processes.

Responsibilities

• Credit Control: evaluate creditworthiness, review credit applications and supporting docs; monitor limits and customer exposure; identify risks.
• Timesheet & Invoice Tracking: maintain receivables tracker; follow up for timesheet approvals and document submission; ensure timely invoicing.
• Collections: follow up on payments; monitor AR ageing and DSO; coordinate with Sales to resolve disputes; manage collection commitments.
• Disputes & Legal Follow-up: maintain documentation and coordinate with legal counsel on seriously delinquent accounts.
