Job summary

Mnzil is seeking an AR Accountant to manage invoicing, payments, and receivables in an on-site role in Saudi Arabia. The role requires close collaboration with commercial and operational teams to ensure accurate financial records and timely revenue collection.

You will handle customer invoicing, payment tracking, reconciliations, aging reports, VAT documentation, and month-end closing activities, supported by strong Excel and ERP skills. Fluent English is essential; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable, collections, or general accounting.
• Strong understanding of invoicing and collection processes.
• Excellent numeracy and attention to detail.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue accurate customer invoices and credit notes.
• Record and allocate incoming payments in the accounting system.
• Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up on overdue balances.
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve payment discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate accounts receivable records and supporting documents.
• Prepare aging reports, collection updates, and cash flow forecasts.
• Support month-end closing and revenue reconciliation activities.
• Coordinate with commercial and operations teams on billing matters.
• Assist with VAT documentation, audits, and financial reporting requirements.
• Help improve invoicing and collection processes.
