Job summary

Dynamic Staffing Services is seeking a senior mechanical engineer specializing in shutdowns and turnarounds to lead technical assessments, prepare scopes, and support cost estimation for refinery and heavy industrial projects in Saudi Arabia.

The candidate should have 10–15 years of relevant experience, strong QA/QC and NDT knowledge, and be capable of conducting site surveys and client presentations. Saudi-based on-site role with heavy collaboration with vendors and clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering is required.
• 10–15 years of industrial experience in relevant sectors.
• Strong experience in Shutdowns & Turnarounds and Asset Integrity.
• Experience reviewing RFQs, technical specs, and tender documents.

Responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 10-15 years of industrial experience.
• Strong experience in Shutdowns & Turnarounds.
• Strong experience in Mechanical Inspection and Asset Integrity.
• Experience in Refineries, Petrochemical Plants, Mining, Metals, Power Plants, or Heavy Industrial Facilities.
• Experience in Static Equipment, Pressure Vessels, Storage Tanks, Heat Exchangers, and Piping .
• Good understanding of QA/QC and NDT activities.
• Experience in reviewing RFQs, Technical Specifications, and Tender Documents.
• Ability to conduct Site Surveys and Technical Assessments.
• Ability to participate in Client Meetings and Technical Presentations.
• Ability to support Technical and Commercial Proposal Preparation.
• Good communication and reporting skills.

Must have the following certifications: -

• AWS/CWI/CSWIP
• API 510
• API 570

Preferred

• API 653
• NDT Certifications
• Saudi Aramco, SABIC, Ma'aden, SATORP , Petrochemicals, Refinery, or equivalent industrial experience.
