Job summary

Dynamic Staffing Services is seeking a senior mechanical engineer specializing in shutdowns and turnarounds to lead technical assessments, prepare scopes, and support cost estimation for refinery and heavy industrial projects in Saudi Arabia.

The candidate should have 10–15 years of relevant experience, strong QA/QC and NDT knowledge, and be capable of conducting site surveys and client presentations. Saudi-based on-site role with heavy collaboration with vendors and clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering is required.
• 10–15 years of industrial experience in relevant sectors.
• Strong experience in Shutdowns & Turnarounds and Asset Integrity.
• Experience reviewing RFQs, technical specs, and tender documents.

Responsibilities

• Review RFQs and Tender Documents.
• Conduct Site Visits and Technical Evaluations.
• Prepare Scope of Work and Technical Clarifications.
• Support Proposal Development and Cost Estimation.
• Participate in Client Meetings and Technical Discussions.
• Support Shutdown Planning and Execution Activities.
• Coordinate with Vendors, Subcontractors, and Technical Partners.
• Represent the Company in Technical and Commercial Meetings.
