Job summary

Dr Sulaiman AlHabib Medical Centers is seeking an Anaesthesia Technician to support anesthesia providers by preparing and managing equipment, medications, and supplies used during procedures.

The role involves assisting the anesthesia team, maintaining equipment, and ensuring stock and documentation are accurate. A Diploma in Anaesthesia and at least 2 years of experience are required, with BLS/ACLS and Saudi licensure preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Anaesthesia required.
• Minimum 2 years as Anaesthesia Technician.
• BLS & ACLS certification; Saudi Council license.

Responsibilities

• Assist the attending anesthesiologist by preparing equipment and supplies for anesthesia.
• Assemble and troubleshoot anesthesia equipment.
• Maintain and stock anesthesia supplies and record usage.
• Monitor patient vitals during procedures and report inconsistencies.
• Ensure sterile processing and pre-op equipment preparation.
• Receive and store supplies and pharmaceuticals; keep work area clean.
• Educate patients and families per needs; participate in patient-centered care.
