NADIA Recruitment & Management Consultants is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee aluminum facade projects from planning through production and installation. You will coordinate with internal teams, clients, and contractors to meet scope, timelines, and budget while maintaining high-quality outcomes.

The role emphasizes leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and strong communication to drive successful project delivery and client satisfaction within a construction/facade environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field is required or preferred for senior level.
• Advanced degree or relevant certifications are an advantage for progression.
• Proven experience in project management across installation and production in facade projects.
• Strong leadership and communication skills for coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate aluminum facade projects, defining scope, objectives, deliverables, schedules, resources, and budgets.
• Oversee installation phase, ensure design specs, safety standards, and timelines are met; guide installation teams.
• Manage production activities, monitor quality and inventory to meet project requirements and delivery timelines.
• Maintain clear, proactive communication with clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
