Job summary

DXC Technology is seeking an experienced Business Analyst – Airports to join a major airport technology and systems integration program in Riyadh.

You will elicit, analyse and document business and functional requirements, bridge business and technical teams, and ensure traceability through design, build and test. The role involves stakeholder engagement, modelling processes and data, and ensuring quality artefacts across the programme.

Qualifications

Degree in a relevant discipline (or equivalent professional experience).
Business analysis certification desirable (BCS, IIBA).
Solid experience as a BA on technology programmes.
Strong elicitation, requirements specification and process/data modelling skills.
Experience maintaining requirements traceability.
Proficiency with Visio, JIRA/ADO, Confluence and requirement tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication and facilitation.
Knowledge of airport or aviation systems and operations.
Experience in critical infrastructure or regulated environments.
Exposure to MSI delivery models.

Responsibilities

Elicit requirements through workshops, interviews and document analysis.
Analyse and specify business, functional and non-functional requirements to a clear, testable standard.
Model current and future processes, data and use cases.
Maintain requirements traceability to design and test.
Support change impact assessment and acceptance criteria.
Work with architects and delivery teams to clarify and resolve requirements queries.
Engage business, operational and technical stakeholders to validate understanding.
Assure quality and consistency of analysis artefacts.
