Overview

Riyadh Air (RX) seeks to lead the aviation industry as a digitally native airline connecting Saudi Arabia to more than 100 destinations. The role oversees RX’s airport operations at London Heathrow airport.

Responsibilities
  • Manage ground handling operations, ensure regulations are followed, improve guest experience, and maintain sound relations with stakeholders to support operational excellence and the airline's business goals.
  • Ensure day-to-day airport operations, including passenger services, ramp, check-in, baggage, lounge, and ticketing, are conducted safely, timely, and cost‑effectively.
  • Represent Riyadh Air at AOC meetings, airport committees, and regulatory forums; liaise with customs, immigration, airport operators, and other key authorities.
  • Lead the airport team, including frontline leaders and customer service staff, ensuring high performance, motivation, grooming standards, and adherence to operational SOPs.
  • Be the friendly face and calm head at the heart of daily operations by leading teams, liaising with partners, and ensuring operations run like clockwork.
About You
  • Degree qualified with at least 8 years of progressive experience in Airport or Ground Operations.
  • At least 5 years of prior managerial experience at Heathrow airport.
  • Proven track record in managing airport operations, including passenger services, ramp operations, baggage handling, and load control.
  • Start-up or launch experience is desirable.
