Job summary

Egis is seeking a detail-oriented HSE Inspector to join our team at our airport facility in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. You will ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations across airport operations and conduct systematic inspections.

The role requires strong expertise in hazard identification, risk assessment, and safety management systems, plus experience with incident investigations and regulatory liaison.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of HSE inspection experience in airport operations or aviation environments.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Saudi Arabia's HSE regulations and international aviation safety standards.
• Proven expertise in hazard identification, risk assessment, and safety management systems.
• Excellent documentation and technical report writing abilities.
• Professional certification in HSE (NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent) preferred.
• Experience with incident investigation and root cause analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive HSE inspections and audits across airport facilities.
• Identify, document, and analyze potential hazards and safety risks in accordance with Saudi Arabia's HSE regulations and international aviation safety standards.
• Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses to determine root causes and recommend preventive measures.
• Prepare detailed inspection reports and audit findings with clear documentation of non-conformances and corrective action requirements.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, company policies, and industry best practices across all airport operations.
• Collaborate with department heads and operational teams to develop and implement safety improvement programs.
• Conduct safety training sessions and awareness programs for airport personnel.
• Maintain organized records of all inspections, audits, and corrective actions for regulatory review.
• Monitor the effectiveness of implemented safety measures and recommend continuous improvements.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities and external auditors during compliance reviews and inspections.
