Job summary

Parsons in Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Reporting Lead - Airfield to manage and deliver accurate, timely, and insightful project reporting for a major airport/airfield infrastructure program. You will consolidate data across cost, schedule, risk, and progress and provide leadership with reliable governance insights.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years in project reporting or controls on large infrastructure or aviation projects, with strong data analysis, Power BI, and stakeholder

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in project reporting, project controls, or MIS.
• Proven experience on large infrastructure, airport, or aviation projects.
• Strong data analysis and visualization skills.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6, MS Project, Excel, and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and maintain project reporting frameworks, dashboards, and KPIs.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and executive reports on schedule, cost, progress, risks and issues.
• Ensure reporting accuracy, consistency, and clarity across disciplines.
• Coordinate with planning and project controls to capture progress and schedule performance.
• Track milestones and deliverables for airside, landside, terminal, and systems packages.
• Analyze variances and highlight potential impacts to timelines.
• Support cost control and commercial teams with forecasts and cash flow.
• Provide executive summaries and presentations for senior management and external stakeholders.
