Job summary

BAE Systems Saudi Arabia is seeking a Plans and Scheduling Tech Level 1 to support the RSAF aircraft fleet in Taif. Based in a military aviation maintenance environment, you will coordinate with MOF and Fleet Planning to ensure timely and accurate Typhoon aircraft scheduling and maintenance alignment.

You will supervise staff, deputise for the MOF Superintendent when required, and participate in weekly and monthly planning meetings.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Aircraft Planner conducting allocation and planning activities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to coordinate activities and influence decisions.
• Fluent in English and able to operate in a military aviation maintenance environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with MOF to inform MSC and staff of maintenance capability and schedule effectiveness.
• Coordinate daily flying programme and ensure tail numbers align with fleet management plans.
• Schedule Typhoon aircraft into phased maintenance to minimise flying disruption.
• Ensure timely scheduling of inspection requirements and maintenance activity planning.
• Prepare for Phased maintenance input meetings and relevant paperwork.
• Monitor TIs, TQs and SFIs impacting the Typhoon fleet and supervise section staff.
• Deputise for the MOF Superintendent during periods of absence and manage shift handovers.
